The Kelly Passport is free and valid for people with intellectual and multiple disabilities, autism, rare syndromes with moderate/severe cognitive impairment, and with motor impairment, as well as those requiring assistive devices.

The BRONZE annual passport is valid for one year from the date of purchase, on days when the park is open, valid on Saturdays and holidays, except for extra events.

The SILVER annual passport includes free Standard Parking, 2 complimentary guest passes for 1 visit day per year, and 2 complimentary VIP areas per year for the passport holder. It is valid for one year from the date of purchase, except during special events.
